You will work alongside our experienced Installation & Service Team Lead installing beautiful custom window treatments in some of the area’s most special homes. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build practical skills and grow within a company that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliability.We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in their work and wants to build real skills.What You’ll Do

• Assist with installation of custom window treatments including shades, drapery, and motorized systems

• Prepare tools, hardware, and materials for each installation

• Safely use ladders and installation tools

• Maintain organization of installation tools and company vehicle

• Support the installation lead in delivering a smooth and professional client experience

• Learn installation techniques and develop new skills over time

Experience: Previous installation, construction, or finish carpentry experience is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person who’s eager to learn.
