Her journey from the corporate realm to the world of design has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills, efficiency, and a client-focused approach.

Located in Poolesville, MD, RMD serves the greater Washington DC area offering bespoke window treatments, soft furnishings, upholstery, and wallpaper. With a custom workroom integral to their business, Rebecca and her team craft personalized solutions that reflect each client's unique style and needs.

Spencer Stottlemeyer (Team Lead, Installation Service & Support)

After leaving art school, Spencer began his career in museums as an art handler and installer, developing the meticulous eye for detail and craftsmanship that defines his work installing luxury window treatments.

Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, collecting art, and spending time in nature with his partner, Ashley, and their dog, Lou. 

Laura Moore (Workroom Artisan)

As an English major from Dickinson College, and a graduate of the culinary Institute of America, I love creating.

I especially enjoy sewing pillows and cushions for our clients.  Because who doesn’t need a beautiful cushion in their bay window? Or a pillow to perfectly complement new window treatments?!

I adore being able to come to work with the creative minds at RMD Lux.  Our workroom team’s love for what we do, and each other,  is  present in every product we create. Together, we nerd out over fantastic  fabric choices and new designs. We all care deeply about each piece that we touch! 

Out of the studio, I appreciate time with my family, cheering on school sports, and hanging with great friends. 

Greta Frederick Harteis (Workroom Artisan)

Greta is a studio artist turned artisan here at RMD Luxury Window Treatments. After graduating from William & Mary and spending a few adventurous seasons as a white water raft guide, she traded in her paddles for pins and fabric shears.

In the workroom, you'll find her crafting custom draperies, assembling roman shades, and adding a few googly eyes to machines for good measure. You might also spot me out on installations with Spencer, or behind the camera making social media content. I'm a maker at heart with a love for craftsmanship, color, and a little bit of whimsy.

Isa Kern (Workroom Artisan)

Isa an artisan at RMD and loves creating beautiful projects for our clients.

When she’s not putting together drapery or shades with the other artisans, she is a talented oil painter. She loves painting very textured and abstract pieces to support mental health awareness and play with color in new ways. She also enjoys figuring out new gluten free baking recipes, practicing yoga and basketball, and spending quality time with her cat (Pear).

Mark Munster, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As CEO of RMD Luxury Window Treatments, Mark Munster drives operational excellence and performance across every project. With a background in business consulting, project management, and leadership development, he ensures that RMD delivers the seamless, white-glove experience clients expect.

A Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mark brings the same discipline, precision, and mindset for continuous improvement to business that he does on the mat. His A-Game Framework guides RMD’s culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and care — helping the team perform at their best while turning every client vision into reality.
